When “Halcyon” came into the family we did not have a Digital Camera as at this time they were in their infancy and quite expensive.

As a result we only have some of our earlier escapades in conventional photographs.

I have scanned a few (mainly the Drascombe Longboat photos) but will eventually get round to the rest.

The photos contained in the galleries below and in the date menus are samples taken from some of our various family holidays that we have had on “Halcyon”, generally where we have had more than 1 weeks holiday on board.

Unfortunately a number of our weekend forays are missing, including some fantastic times that we have had in the Lake District (Windermere, Derwent Water and Coniston) and North Wales!

Included are some photos of some places we visited during these holidays. As can be seen we do not sail every day!

Quite often we sail to a destination not easily reached by normal means and start our adventure from there!
